These Terms of Use govern your use of candidateconnection.com and its booking page (the “Site”), operated by Choice Clinical Research, LLC, doing business as Candidate Connection. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Our services
The Site describes Candidate Connection’s in-person pre-hire assessment services. Any assessment services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement or order with the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Using the Site
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or book a call.
- Do not try to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use.
Information on the Site
The Site’s content is for general information only. It is not legal, employment or hiring advice. Candidate Connection provides assessment results to support a client’s own hiring decision. We do not make hiring recommendations, and every hiring decision remains the client’s.
Booking calls
Scheduling an introductory call through the Site is free and creates no obligation for either party.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, including text, design, logos and the names Candidate Connection and CC-Score, belongs to Candidate Connection or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party services and links
The Site links to and uses services run by others, such as Microsoft Bookings and GCPTraining.com. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (candidateconnection.com/privacy-policy/) explains how we handle personal information.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Candidate Connection is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
